摘要
传统的机电设备状态监测与管理体系通常均采用独立配置的方式,布局零散且设备之间关联性较差,容易出现监测内容不全面及监测信息记录不完整的问题。研究基于大数据技术,对机电设备状态监测方法进行了创新,重点对机电设备状态监测系统中的大数据远程传输、存储等核心问题进行了分析,开发出一套运用大数据技术进行机电设备状态监测和管理的系统。该系统运行效果良好,对其他企业设备状态监测管理工作有较强的借鉴意义。
Traditional mechanical and electrical equipment condition monitoring and management systems usually adopt independent configuration. The layout is scattered and the correlation between the devices is poor. It is easy to cause the problems of incomplete monitoring content and incomplete monitoring information record. Based on the large data technology, the state monitoring method of electromechanical equipment is innovated. The core problems of the state monitoring system of electromechanical equipment, such as the long-distance transmission and storage of large data, are analyzed. A state monitoring and management system of electromechanical equipment using large data technology is developed. The system runs well and has a strong reference value for the equipment condition monitoring and management of other enterprises.
