摘要
在石油化工生产过程中需要严格控制硫含量,另外,检测硫含量也属于环保排放、发动机腐蚀等方面需要检测的项目,准确检测出硫含量非常重要。硫不仅会影响机械设备的耐久性,还会对自然环境造成破坏,引发酸雨、破坏生态平衡,所以需要对硫含量进行检测,然后对其进行控制。检测硫含量的方法也比较多,其中包含微库仑法,由于该方法的检测速度快、灵敏度高、准确度好等优势,于是文章将使用微库仑法作为测定硫含量的方式,通过实验研究,对各种影响因素进行分析,然后提出最佳的操作条件,并重点分析了微库仑法检测的准确度和精密度。实验结果表明,文章所分析的微库仑法检测硫含量具有较好的效果,能够满足不同产品硫含量的检测需要。
In the petrochemical production process,the sulfur content needs to be strictly controlled.In addition,the detection of sulfur content is also a project that needs to be tested in environmental protection emissions and engine corrosion.Therefore,it is very important to accurately detect the sulfur content.Sulfur will not only affect the durability of mechanical equipment,but also cause damage to the natural environment,causing acid rain and disrupting the ecological balance.Therefore,the sulfur content needs to be tested and then controlled.There are also many methods for detecting sulfur content,including the micro-coulometric method.Due to its advantages such as fast detection speed,high sensitivity,and good accuracy,the paper will use the micro-coulometric method as the method for determining the sulfur content.Through experimental research,the paper analyzes various influencing factors,and then puts forward the best operating conditions,and also analyzes the accuracy and precision of micro-coulomb detection.The experimental results show that the microcoulometric method analyzed in this paper has a good effect on sulfur content detection and can meet the needs of sulfur content detection for different products.
