摘要
综合分析了国内外关于土地退化监测与评价方法的进展 ,以绝对退化思想为指导 ,提出了基于 3S技术的耕地退化监测与评价技术路线框架 ,即综合运用 3S技术 ,分析影响土地利用与耕地退化的自然、环境与社会经济要素 ,建立基于 3S技术的耕地退化监测与评价的指标体系 ,提出基于 3S技术的耕地退化信息提取方法 ,建立基于 3S技术的耕地退化定量评价模型和评价方法 ,定量分析土地利用与耕地退化的生态环境响应 ,从土地利用的角度提出解决耕地退化的调控措施。
This paper analyses three theories for land degradation assessment and international/domestic methods for land degradation monitoring and assessment. Under the guidance of absolute degradation thought, this paper proposes the technological frame for monitoring and appraising the cultivated land degradation, based on the 3S technologies,Namely using 3S technologies synthetically, analyzing the nature, environmental, social and economic elements which influence the land utilization and degradation synthetically, to set up the index system of the cultivated land degradation monitoring and assessment based on 3S technologies, propose the degradation information extraction methods based on 3S technologies,build the quantitative assessment model and method for land degradation, analyze the ecological environment response of land use and degradation quantitatively, and propose the measure, policy and suggestion for solving the land degradation problem from the point of view of land utilization.
