摘要
利用 1998年和 2 0 0 0年南天山地区的区域性 GPS监测网的两期观测数据 ,并结合中亚天山地区的全球站数据 ,利用 GAMIT/ GL OBK软件对这些数据进行了分析处理 ,首次获得了较为详尽和准确的南天山地区的地壳形变特征。
We present here a preliminary determination of crustal deformation based primarily on GPS measurements we made in the southern Tien Shan in 1998 and 2000, combined with the data in the Tarim Basin and continuous GPS data in Central Asia. Our results show that the Sites on the southern border of the Tien Shan move at 15 19mm/yr to the NNE relative to the stable Eurasia plate. This rate increase to 24(1mm/yr at Yopurga, our southernmost site in the Tarim Basin, located 35km to the southeast of the range front. If this increase in velocity is real, as might be expected from elastic strain accumulation on the thrust fault separating the Tien Shan fron Tarim, half of the convergence between India and Eurasia at this longitude occurs across the Tien Shan.
