摘要
2020年初全球范围内新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的暴发,打乱了体育企业的开年计划,体育比赛相继无期限延期、取消或异地举办,对我国竞赛表演业的发展造成了巨大的冲击。如何有效规避和减少新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对我国体育赛事行业造成的影响,已经成为目前政府、业内专家和赛事企业共同关注和亟待解决的问题。运用SWOT分析,通过文献资料和专家访谈法,总结出新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下体育赛事行业SWOT分析矩阵,并提出具体的应对策略:1)抓住政策机遇,探索商业模式的转型与多元化发展。2)做好准备工作,应对疫后赛事扎堆带来的竞争压力。3)开展线上培训,弥补专业人才素质和数量上的不足。4)借势疫情营销,提升体育赛事行业积极正面的形象。5)重视价值创新,研发能够满足顾客需求的特色赛事。
At the beginning of 2020,the global outbreak of the COVID-19 disrupted the opening plans of sports companies. Sports events have been postponed, canceled or held in other places, which have caused a huge impact on the development of Chinese sports event and performance industry. How to avoid and reduce the impact of the COVID-19 on Chinese sports events industry has become a common concern of the government, industry experts and competition enterprises. This article uses SWOT analysis, literature review and expert interview methods to summarize the SWOT analysis matrix of the sports event industry under the COVID-19, and it proposes the specific countermeasures: 1)Seize policy opportunities to explore the transformation and diversified development of business models. 2) Make preparations to cope with the competitive pressure brought by the gathering of events after the epidemic. 3)Carry out online training to make up for the shortage of professional talents in quality and quantity. 4) Take marketing advantage of the pandemic to improve the positive image of the sports event industry during the outbreak. 5)Emphasis on value innovation and develop the special events that meet customer needs.
