摘要
建立了超声波萃取-气相色谱法测定土壤和沉积物中异丙胺的方法。以丙酮为萃取溶剂,DB-17色谱柱分离,优化了提取和分析过程的重要条件。方法检出限为3.5 mg/kg,土壤中低、高浓度的加标回收率分别为70.5%和84.3%,沉积物中低、高浓度的加标回收率分别为72.2%和82.5%。实验结果表明,该方法消耗溶剂少、效率高、检出限低、精密度和准确度好,适用于土壤和沉积物中异丙胺残留的测定。
A strategy based on gas chromatography combined with ultrasonic extraction was developed,to achieve the determination of isopropyl amine in soils and sediments.The chromatographic conditions of the target analyte was optimized,which was extracted by acetone,and separated by DB-17 column.The limits of detection for this method was determined to be 3.5 mg/kg.The recoveries of low and high concentration soil spiked samples were 70.5%and 84.3%,respectively,and those of spiked spiked samples were 72.2%and 82.5%.The method developed herein is suitable for the determination of isopropyl amine residues in soils and sediments,with advantages of less solvent consumption,high efficiency,low detection limit,good precision and accuracy.
