摘要
在梳理工作压力源相关研究成果的基础上,通过问卷调查、运用因子分析与描述性统计分析法,识别建筑从业人员的工作压力源。结果表明,关键工作压力源(按照重要到非重要的排序)是:项目挑战、职业发展、人际关系、组织氛围、工作要求、工作环境六个方面。通过T检验和单因素方差分析,发现具有不同人口特征(性别、年龄、专业)的建筑从业人员的工作压力源也存在一定差异。根据研究成果,提出了建筑从业人员压力应对的建议。
Based on literature review,this paper adopts factor analysis and descriptive statistical analysis to identify the stressors of construction professional through questionnaire survey method.The statistic analysis results indicate that the critical stressors of construction professionals(with decreasing order of significance)include project challenge,career development,interpersonal relationship,organizational climate,job requirement,and work environment.Through the T-test and one-way ANOVA,find that certain degree of differences exist in stressors among construction professional under the influence of different demographic characteristics(e.g.gender,age,specialty).Based on the findings,provides constructive suggestions to effectively manage the stress for construction professionals.
