摘要
结直肠癌是全球人类高发恶性肿瘤之一,电子结肠镜下肠息肉切除已被证实可降低结直肠癌的发病率和死亡率。因此,对于内镜下息肉切除术的不断改良和创新一直是内镜医师关注的领域。目前,常用的内镜下息肉切除术大多是热切,存在一定的热相关并发症。冷圈套息肉切除术(cold snare polypectomy,CSP)是一种兴起于西方国家的新技术,目前在日本应用较广泛,我国尚未普及。本文就CSP的方法、完整切除率、并发症发生率、治疗时间等方面的相关研究作一概述。
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in human beings. Electronic colonoscopic resection of colorectal polyps has been proven to reduce the incidence rate and mortality of colorectal cancer. Therefore, the continuous improvement and innovation of endoscopic polypectomy have always been the focus of colonoscopists. At present, the common endoscopic polypectomy is mostly hot technique, there are some heat-related complications. Cold sanre polypectomy(CSP) is a new technique originating from western countries, which is widely used in Japan and not widely used in China. In this paper, the methods of CSP, complete resection rate, incidence of complications and procedure time were reviewed.
