咖啡渣提取色素对真丝织物的染色性能 被引量:12

摘要 为了研究咖啡渣提取色素对真丝织物的染色性能,通过单因素实验探讨了pH、染色温度、染色时间和咖啡渣色素质量浓度对染色织物K/S值的影响,分析了媒染剂种类和媒染方式对染色真丝织物K/S值和色牢度的影响。结果表明咖啡渣色素染色真丝织物的优化工艺为:pH 3.5~4.0,温度95℃,时间50 min;在一定范围内,咖啡渣色素质量浓度越大,K/S值越高;媒染对真丝织物染色后的颜色特征值和色牢度有一定影响,其中,硫酸亚铁后媒染织物的色光变化较大,对耐皂洗色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度和耐光色牢度均有提升作用。 In order to study the dyeing performance of silk fabric with coffee grounds extracted pigment,the effects of pH,dyeing temperature,dyeing time and mass concentration of coffee grounds pigment on K/S value of dyed silk fabric were studied by single factor experiment.The effects of mordant types and mordant methods on K/S value and color fastness of dyed silk fabric were analyzed.The results showed that the opti⁃mum dyeing conditions were as follows:pH 3.5~4.0,temperature 95℃,time 50 min.In a certain range,the higher the mass concentration of coffee grounds pigment,the higher the K/S value.Mordant dyeing had a certain influence on the color characteristic value and color fastness of dyed silk fabric.Among them,the color light of post-mordant dyed fabric with ferrous sulfate changed greatly,which could improve the color fastness to soaping,perspiration and light.
