摘要
目的分析中医康复治疗配合中药辅助方案在踝关节外科治疗过程中的应用效果。方法研究对象选择该院2019年1—6月期间所收治的70例接受踝关节外科治疗的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例。比较两组患者的临床疗效与不良反应现象。结果在临床疗效方面,观察组的整体治疗有效率97.1%,优于对照组的77.1%,数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.248,P<0.05);在不良反应方面,观察组不良发生率2.9%低于对照组不良发生率11.4%,数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.230,P<0.05)。结论中医康复治疗配合中药疗法在临床疗效方面优于传统疗法,且治疗过程中未产生明显并发症,整个治疗过程操作简单。
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine adjuvant in the treatment of ankle joint surgery.Methods The research subjects selected 70 patients who underwent surgical treatment of ankle joints in the hospital from January to June 2019,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases each.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results In terms of clinical efficacy,the overall treatment efficiency of the observation group was 97.1%,which was better than that of the control group,77.1%.The data were statistically significantly different(χ^2=6.248,P<0.05).The results were statistically significant.In terms of adverse reactions,the observation group of adverse incidence rate of 2.9%was lower than that of the control group of 11.4%,and the data difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.230,P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy is superior to traditional therapy in terms of clinical efficacy,and there are no obvious complications during the treatment process.The entire treatment process is simple to operate.
