摘要
从管理机制、协调性、强制性和合格评定机制等方面进行中外工程建设标准体系对比,揭示我国工程建设标准在战略制定、市场灵活性、标准协调机制、国际化水平等方面与欧美国家存在的差距。结合我国实际提出相应的发展策略,有助于提升我国工程建设标准质量和国际影响力。
Comparing the construction standard system between China and western countries from aspects of management system,coordination,mandatory and conformity assessment mechanism,this paper recognizes that Chinese construction standards still lag behind European and American countries in terms of strategy formulation,market flexibility,standard coordination mechanism and internationalization.Considering current situation in China,puts forward some strategic suggestions,in order to improve the quality and international influence of Chinese construction standards.
