摘要 针对预制构件用开口网生产中存在的尺寸精度差、自动化和信息化不足的问题,公司通过对自动供料技术、柔性布料技术、自动焊接技术等关键技术研究,并融合信息化、工业化技术,开发了一种柔性钢筋焊网线,实现了由原材直接到产品的各种尺寸规格柔性化生产。该生产线经过工程应用和整机测试,有效提高预制钢筋骨架成型精度、生产效率,降低生产成本,形成适合我国国情的建筑工业化预制构件生产关键技术与装备。 Aiming at the problems of poor dimensional accuracy,insufficient automation and informatization in the production of open meshes for prefabricated components,the company studies key technologies such as automatic feeding technology,flexible cloth technology,automatic welding technology,and integrates information technology and industrialized technology to develop a flexible steel mesh welding production line,which realizes flexible production of various sizes and specifications from raw materials directly to products.The production line has passed engineering application and machine testing,effectively improving the forming accuracy of prefabricated steel skeleton,increasing production efficiency,reducing production costs,and forming key technologies and equipment for the production of industrialized prefabricated components in accordance with our country's national conditions.
