摘要
近年来,大学生创业的相关问题受到社会的广泛关注。本文结合对已创业大学生的访谈,认为大学生创业能力主要受内部和外部两方面的影响,具体包括创业者个人特质、创业动机、专业知识水平、创业者综合素质、外部政策环境、创业氛围、创业教育水平、创业资源、创业团队水平等方面。
In recent years,issues related to college students'entrepreneurship have received widespread attention from the society.Based on interviews with entrepreneurial college students,this article considers that college students'entrepreneurial ability is mainly affected by internal and external aspects,including entrepreneurial personality,entrepreneurial motivation,professional knowledge,entrepreneurial comprehensi ve quality,external policy environment,entrepreneurial atmosphere,entrepreneurship Education level,entrepreneurial resources,entrepreneurial team level,etc.
