摘要
嗜酸性粒细胞浸润型慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps,ECRSwNP)是鼻科常见的慢性炎性疾病,主要表现为Th2型优势的免疫反应,伴有严重的组织嗜酸性粒细胞浸润,具有难治性的特征.作为一种复杂的综合征,ECRSwNP发病机制尚未明朗,攻克ECRSwNP一直是鼻科学研究的重点和难点.本文就近年来Th2型免疫反应以及组织重塑在ECRSwNP发病机制中的相关研究进展做一综述.
Eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps(ECRSwNP)is a common chronic inflammatory disease of the nose,mainly characterized by the dominance of Th2 immune response.It is associated with severe eosinophilic infiltration and is intractable.As a complex syndrome,ECRSwNP,with uncertain pathogenesis,has been the hotspot of the nasal research.This article reviews the recent advances regarding Th2 immune response and tissue remodeling in the pathogenesis of ECRSwNP.
