摘要
注塑过程中注塑射胶位置一般靠有经验的工艺人员用试模调整方法获得,但会有很多的材料浪费。本文以生产中的灯具配光镜为实例,描述设备选择要求,重点讲述射胶位置的分析和计算过程,明确了射胶位置的计算、设定和调整在注塑工艺中的重要意义,同时也是注塑压力、注塑速度设定和调整重要之处。射胶位置计算方法具有一定的可操作性。
In the process of injection molding,the injection position is usually obtained by experienced technicians by means of trial mold adjustment,but there will be a lot of material waste.Taking the light distribution mirror in production as an example,this paper describes the requirements of equipment selection,focuses on the analysis and calculation process of injection position,and clarifies the important significance of calculation,setting and adjustment of injection position in injection molding process,as well as the setting and adjustment of injection pressure and injection speed.The calculation method of injection position has certain operability.
