摘要
国际陆海贸易新通道的“新”,体现在路线新、领域新、平台新和圈子新。新通道沿线省份与东盟各国在金融、航空产业、交通物流、信息通信等领域进行了合作,主要方式是参与彼此域内和第三方市场的项目。湛江地处新通道北部湾衔接点,主动参与新通道合作对湛江的自身发展和新通道建设都有重要的现实意义。湛江应充分发挥比较优势,统筹推进“一通道、一港区、一示范”建设,广泛开展点式项目合作、线式产业链合作、面式园区合作等,实现湛江和新通道沿线省市协同发展。
The new channel of international land and sea trade is new in route,field,platform and circle.The provinces along the new channel have cooperated with ASEAN countries in the fields of finance,aviation industry,transportation and logistics,information and communication,mainly by participating in projects in each other’s regions and third-party markets.Located at the Northern Bay Joint of the new channel,Zhanjiang’s initiative participation in the cooperation of the channel is of actual significance to the development of itself and the construction of the channel.Zhanjiang should give full play to its comparative advantages and coordinately pushes forward its construction of“One Channel,One Harbor and One Model”,through extensive cooperation in projects,industry chains and zones,so as to realize the collaborative development of itself and the provinces along the new channel.
