摘要
目的:评价有氧运动对肥胖儿童、青少年血糖/血脂代谢指标的影响,为肥胖儿章、青少年有氧运动减肥、预防慢性病提供依据。方法:以"体育锻炼"、"运动干预"、"儿童肥胖"、"""青少年肥胖"、"血糖""胰岛素"、"血脂"等为关键词组合检索中国知网(CNKI)、谷歌学术、Web of Science、Wiley Online Library等数据库中的2000~2019年的全部文献,并采用手工检索等方法,筛选有氧运动干预的相关文献,筛选后共纳入研究文献21篇(其中中文文献19篇,外文文献2篇),采用Revman5.3进行Meta分析。结果显示:有氧运动可以显著降低肥胖儿童、青少年BMI指数(SMD-RE值=-2.05,95%CI[-2.55,-1.56],Z=8.18,P<0.00001);降低空腹血糖(SMD-RE值=-0.30,95%CI[-0.44,-0.15],Z=4.07,P=0.0001);降低空腹胰岛素(SMD-RE值=-5.99,95%CI[-7.41,-4.57],Z=8.25,P<0.00001)。结论:有氧运动对肥胖儿童、青少年减肥效果明显。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of aerobic exercise on blood glucose/lipid metabolism indexes in obese children and adolescents,and provide the basis for aerobic exercise to reduce weight and prevent chronic diseases. Methods: Using the keywords of"physical exercise","exercise intervention","child obesity","adolescent obesity","blood glucose","insulin","blood fat",etc. as keywords,CNKI,Google Scholar,Web of the literature from 2000 to 2019 in databases of Science,Wiley Online Library,etc.,and manual search methods were used to screen relevant literature on aerobic exercise intervention. After screening,21 research documents were included(including 19 Chinese documents and foreign languages,Literature 2),using Revman5.3 for metaanalysis. The results show that aerobic exercise can significantly reduce the BMI index of children and adolescents(SMD-RE=-2.05,95% CI [-2.55,-1.56],Z = 8.18,P <0.00001);reduce fasting blood glucose((SMD-RE=-0.30,95%CI[-0.44,--0.15],Z =4.07,P= 0.0001));lowering fasting insulin(SMD-RE value=-5.99,95% CI [-7.41,-4.57],Z = 8.25,P <0.00001);aerobic exercise has a significant effect on the blood lipids of obese children and adolescents. Conclusion: Aerobic exercise has obvious effects on weight loss in obese children and adolescents.
