摘要
目的评价给予剖宫产初产妇优质护理干预对术后母乳喂养等方面情况的影响,为产科护理工作提供参考,提高母乳喂养率、促进产妇康复。方法选择我院2017年10月—2019年10月收治行剖宫产分娩的初产妇,总计200例。结合护理方法,进行200例初产妇剖宫产者随机分组。对照组100例初产妇行常规护理,优质组100例初产妇配合优质护理干预。对比对照组与优质组剖宫产初产妇产后不同时间母乳喂养率、护理满意度评分、启动泌乳时间、母乳喂养信心评分、情绪评分。结果优质组与对照组剖宫产初产妇产后1周(86%vs.75%,χ2=3.8541,P=0.0496)、1个月(98%vs.85%,χ2=10.8647,P=0.0009)母乳喂养率以及计量指标比较,P<0.05。结论对比分娩后常规护理,优质护理干预的应用可以提高剖宫产初产妇母乳喂养率、喂养信心、满意度,并稳定产妇情绪。
Objective To evaluate the effect of high quality nursing intervention for primipara after cesarean section on breast-feeding and other aspects,so as to provide reference for obstetric nursing work,improve breast-feeding rate and promote maternal rehabilitation.Methods From October 2017 to October 2019,200 primiparas were selected for cesarean delivery.Combined with nursing methods,200 primiparas were randomly divided into two groups.100 primiparas in the control group received routine nursing,and 100 primiparas in the quality group received quality nursing intervention.Compare the breast-feeding rate,nursing satisfaction score,start-up lactation time,breast-feeding confidence score and emotional score between the control group and the high-quality group at different time after cesarean delivery.Results Compared with the control group,the breastfeeding rate and measurement indexes of the high quality group and the control group were compared at 1 week(86%vs.75%,χ^2=3.8541,P=0.0496)and 1 month(98%vs.85%,χ^2=10.8647,P=0.0009).Conclusion Compared with the routine nursing after delivery,the application of high-quality nursing intervention can improve the breastfeeding rate,feeding confidence,satisfaction and stabilize the maternal.
