早期的吞咽功能评定筛查及进食指导在脑卒中吞咽障碍护理中的意义 被引量:7

Significance of Early Swallowing Function Evaluation Screening and Eating Guidance in Nursing Care of Dysphagia After Stroke

摘要 目的探讨早期的吞咽功能评定筛查及进食指导在脑卒中吞咽障碍护理中的应用价值。方法以我院2015年6月—2017年6月收治的脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,入组共78例患者,以护理方式不同将患者分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者选择常规护理方式,观察组患者实施早期的吞咽功能评定筛查及进食指导,进行两组护理成效的对比。结果观察组护理总有效率为94.87%,低于对照组,研究数据间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理前营养状况间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组护理后体质量指数为(20.72±1.15)kg/m^2,血红蛋白为(107.65±10.75)g/L,血清清蛋白为(33.48±2.60)g/L,血清前白蛋白水平为(196.32±17.76)mg/L,与对照组相比,研究数据间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者满意程度间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期吞咽功能评定筛查和饮食指导可提高脑卒中吞咽功能护理效果,也可改善患者营养状况,促进满意程度的提升。 Objective To explore the value of early swallowing function evaluation and screening and eating guidance in nursing care of dysphagia after stroke.Methods 78 patients with post-stroke dysphagia admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were given early swallowing function assessment screening and eating guidance.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%,which was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the research data was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in nutritional status between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),the body mass index,hemoglobin,serum albumin and prealbumin in the observation group were(20.72±1.15)kg/m^2,(107.65±10.75)g/L,(33.48±2.60)g/L and(196.32±17.76)mg/L in the observation group after nursing.Compared with the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference of satisfaction between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early swallowing function assessment screening and diet guidance can improve the nursing effect of swallowing function in stroke patients,improve the nutritional status of patients and promote the improvement of satisfaction.
