摘要
目的探究经皮微创缝合治疗急性开放性跟腱断裂临床效果。方法研究样本为我院2013年10月—2018年10月收治的36例36足急性开放性跟腱断裂患者,均采用经皮微创基础修复跟腱,观察患者术后切口愈合、线结刺激及跟腱再断裂情况,对比患者治疗前后美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS Ankle Hindfoot Scale)评分及疼痛视觉模拟评分VAS评分。结果治疗后,患者VAS评分降低,AOFAS评分提升,P<0.05,与治疗前相比差异具有统计学意义。36例患者平均恢复运动时间为(16.65±3.38)个月;有5例患者出现创口局部感染,经换药好转;3例患者出现线结反刺激,给予局部压力后减轻;其余患者均为Ⅰ期愈合,无跟腱再断裂、腓肠神经损伤者。结论给予急性开放性跟腱断裂患者经皮微创技术缝合治疗,具有恢复快、并发症少、跟腱损伤小、操作简单等应用优势,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive percutaneous suture in acute open Achilles tendon rupture.Methods From October 2013 to October 2018,36 cases diagnosed with acute open Achilles tendon rupture were conducted by percutaneous minimally invasive repair.The postoperative incision healing rate,suture irritability,re-rupture rate,American association of ankle surgery(AOFAS Ankle Hindfoot Scale)scores and VAS score were compared.Results VAS score was reduced and AOFAS score was increased(P<0.05),which was significant postoperatively.The mean recovery time was(16.65±3.38)months.Infection of incision was found in 5 patients,which improved after dressing change.In 3 cases,the patients presented with suture irritability,which was relieved by local pressure.No poor incision healing,Achilles tendon rerupture nor sural nerve damage were presented.Conclusion It is a safe and effective method to treat acute open rupture of Achilles tendon with minimally invasive percutaneous suture,which has the advantages of quick recovery,less complications,less Achilles tendon injury and simple operation.
