摘要 目的探究CT引导氮气冷冻消融术治疗局部晚期周围型非小细胞肺癌的疗效以及应用价值。方法抽取2017年6月—2020年1月的60例中晚期周围型非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,对照组患者采取常规放化疗治疗,观察组患者应用放化疗联合CT引导下氮气冷冻消融术治疗,观察两组患者疗效。结果对照组患者的治疗有效率是66.67%低于观察组93.33%,P<0.05(χ^2=5.3142);观察组患者不良反应发生率是3.33%低于对照组20.00%,P<0.05(χ^2=4.0431);观察组的各项生活质量高于对照组。结论CT引导氮气冷冻消融术治疗局部晚期周围型非小细胞肺癌的疗效显著,并发症发生率低。 Objective To explore the efficacy and application value of CT-guided nitrogen cryoablation in the treatment of locally advanced peripheral non-small cell lung cancer.Methods From June 2017 to January 2020,60 patients with advanced peripheral non-small cell lung cancer were selected as research objects.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy,while patients in the observation group were treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with CT-guided nitrogen cryoablation,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,lower than that of the observation group(93.33%),P<0.05(χ^2=5.3142);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,lower than 20.00% in the control group,P<0.05(χ^2=4.0431);The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion CT-guided nitrogen cryoablation is effective in the treatment of locally advanced peripheral non-small cell lung cancer with low incidence of complications.
