摘要
目的探讨基因检测及肿瘤分子分型对消化道肿瘤术后精确诊断和治疗以及预后评估的临床应用。方法纳入本院2015年1月—2017年1月收治的消化道肿瘤患者共100例,所有患者均为手术后患者,病理分型、分期明确。使用随机分组的方式,将患者分为对照组以及研究组,对照组接受常规治疗,研究组接受基因检测及肿瘤分子分型精确诊断和治疗,对比两组患者预后效果。结果研究组局部复发例数、远处转移例数均低于对照组,3年存活率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化道肿瘤术后采用基因检测及肿瘤分子分型精确诊断和治疗,能够对高风险患者进行早期预测,从而采取针对性的治疗方案,提升患者的3年生存率。
Objective To explore the clinical application of gene detection and tumor molecular typing in accurate diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract tumors after operation and prognosis evaluation.Methods A total of 100 patients with digestive tract tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were included.All patients were postoperative patients with definite pathological types and stages.The patients were randomly divided into control group and research group.The control group received routine treatment,and the research group received gene detection and accurate diagnosis and treatment of tumor molecular typing.The prognosis effects of the two groups were compared.Results The local recurrence cases and distant metastasis cases in the study group were fewer than those in the control group.The 3-year survival rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Gene detection and accurate diagnosis and treatment of tumor molecular typing can be used for early prediction of high-risk patients after chemotactic tumor surgery,so as to adopt targeted treatment programs and improve the 3-year survival rate of patients.
