摘要
目的在对亚健康人群进行管理的过程中,分析健康促进工作对这部分人员生活方式以及行为素养的作用。方法2016年6月—2018年6月随机抽取112位亚健康人员为临床观察对象,将112位亚健康人员随机分成两组,观察组采用健康促进的方式进行管理,对照组采用常规方式进行健康管理,一年之后,分析两组患者在生活方式以及行为素养方面的改变。结果研究显示,两组亚健康人群在接受健康管理前,生活方式及行为素养评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。接受健康管理后,虽然两组亚健康人群的生活方式及行为素养评分均有了一定程度的提升,但是观察组亚健康人群的生活方式评分(188.3±19.1)分及行为素养评分(191.3±21.3)分显著高于对照组亚健康人群,且P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论相比于采用常规方式对亚健康人群进行健康管理,采用健康促进的方式对亚健康人群进行健康管理具有更好的效果,亚健康人群无论是在行为素养方面,还是在生活方式方面,评分都有了大幅度的提升,非常值得在临床上广泛推广。
Objective In the process of managing the sub-healthy population,this paper analyzes the effect of health promotion on the lifestyle and behavioral literacy of these people.Methods From June 2016 to June 2018,a random sample of 112 sub-healthy workers as the object of clinical observation,112 sub-healthy workers were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group with the method of health promotion to management,the control group was used conventional way to health management,a year later,analyze two groups of patients with changes in lifestyle and behavior literacy.Results The study showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of lifestyle and behavioral literacy between the two groups before health management(P>0.05).After receiving the health management,although the lifestyle and behavioral literacy scores of the two sub-healthy groups were improved to a certain extent,the lifestyle scores of the observation group were(188.3±19.1)score and(191.3±21.3)score,significantly higher than those of the control group,and P<0.05,was statistically significant.Conclusion Compared with the conventional way of sub-health population health management,with the method of health promotion on sub-health population health management has a better effect,sub-health population both in terms of behavior literacy,or in terms of lifestyle,ratings have greatly ascend,it is well worth be widely applied clinically.
