摘要
目的调查分析手术室护士职业健康状况,了解手术室护理人员的职业危害,给予有效的防范措施,以期提高手术室护理人员的健康水平。方法针对于2019年1月—12月在本院任职的手术室护理人员展开问卷调查分析,接受问卷调查者共计60例,调查分析手术室护理人员职业健康状况,了解防范情况,进行相关防范措施的完善。结果目前我国临床手术室护理人员对健康危害的意识较为缺乏,同时缺乏对防护措施的认知,还需进行职业危害相关防范措施的不断完善和改进。此次调查结果显示:内分泌失调、腰肌劳损、胃炎以及失眠等现象都是手术室护理人员的高发疾病类型,对其机体状态具有不良影响。结论护理人员需要在工作期间全面了解职业危害因素,做好对应防护措施,只有通过不断完善工作制度,在工作期间遵守操作规程,注重自我调节,不断加强自我保健意识,才能在一定程度上避免或者减少护理人员职业性疾病的风险性,以免产生对自身身心健康造成不良影响。
Objective To investigate and analyze the occupational health status of nurses in the operating room,understand the occupational hazards of nurses in the operating room,and give effective preventive measures in order to improve the health of nurses in the operating room.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out on the nurses in the operating room who served in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019.A total of 60 patients were questionnaires to investigate and analyze the occupational health status of nurses in the operating room,understand the prevention and conduct improvement of relevant preventive measures.Results At present,nurses in clinical operating rooms in China lack awareness of health hazards,and lack of awareness of protective measures,and need to constantly improve and improve preventive measures related to occupational hazards.The results of the survey showed that endocrine disorders,lumbar muscle strain,gastritis and insomnia are all types of highrisk diseases in operating room nurses,which have an adverse effect on their body status.Conclusion Nurses need to fully understand occupational hazards during work and take corresponding protective measures.Only by continuously improving the work system,observing operating procedures during work,focusing on self-regulation,and constantly strengthening selfcare awareness can they be avoided to a certain extent or reduce the risk of occupational diseases of nursing staff,so as not to cause adverse effects on their own physical and mental health.
