柴达木盆地经济增长与区域碳排放的关系分析 被引量:5

摘要 自改革开放以来,我国经济获得长足发展,但是传统的发展模式在驱动经济增长的同时,也导致了大气污染,不仅影响人们正常生活,而且威胁人类生存健康。柴达木盆地作为我国四大内陆盆地之一,矿产资源十分丰富,素有"聚宝盆"之美誉,不仅是我国经济发展的战略资源储备基地之一,也是我国生态屏障的后花园,但其在发展重工业的同时也不可避免地造成了环境污染。论文通过设定计量经济模型,基于2000-2017年的时间序列,运用库兹涅茨模型和Tapio脱钩模型分析柴达木盆地经济增长与碳排放之间的关系,并得出柴达木盆地经济增长与碳排放的关系符合库兹涅茨"N"型曲线,从而可为国家制定柴达木盆地战略部署提供参考。 Since Chinese reform and opening up,the economy has achieved rapid development.However,the development model under the traditional model has driven economic growth while polluting the atmosphere and deteriorating the air environment,which not only affects people’s normal life,but also threatens human survival and health.As one of the four inland basins in China,the Qaidam Basin is rich in mineral resources and has a reputation as a "treasure bowl".It is not only one of the strategic reserve bases for China’s economic development,but also the back garden of China’s ecological barrier.Heavy industry inevitably causes environmental pollution.Based on the econometric model,based on the time series from 2000 to 2017,the Kuznets model and the Tapio decoupling model are used to analyze the relationship between economic growth and carbon emissions in the Qaidam Basin,and to derive the economy of the Qaidam Basin.The relationship between growth and carbon emissions is in line with the Kuznets "N" type,which provides a reference for the country to formulate strategic deployment of the Qaidam Basin.
