摘要
目的探究与分析化痰开窍泻浊法治疗脑出血的临床效果及对预后肢体功能的影响。方法选取威海市中心医院中医科2017年5月至2019年5月收治的70例脑出血患者,男38例,女32例,年龄(61.25±3.14)岁,年龄范围为55~75岁,采用随机数表法将其随机分为常规治疗组与联合治疗组,每组35例,常规治疗组给予常规神经内科脑出血治疗,联合治疗组在常规治疗组基础上加用化痰开窍泻浊法治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后中医症状积分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(FMA)。结果联合治疗组治疗后21 d中医症状积分[(12.98±2.77)分]、治疗后42 d中医症状积分[(9.89±1.76)分]均低于常规治疗组[(15.64±3.29)分、(12.09±2.87)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组治疗后21 d FMA[(63.49±4.27)分]、治疗后42 d FMA[(90.84±4.69)分]均高于常规治疗组[(49.49±3.98)分、(63.34±4.59)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用化痰开窍泻浊法治疗脑出血的临床疗效显著,能够有效的改善神经功能,促进预后肢体功能的恢复,安全性较高。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of Huatan Kaiqiao Xiezuo method in treating cerebral hemorrhage and its effect on prognosis of limb function.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 70 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage who were admitted in Weihai Central Hospital from May 2017 to May 2019.There were 38 males and 32 females,aged(61.25±3.14)years old,ranged 55 to 75 years old.Patients were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group and the combined treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.The conventional treatment group of patients were treated with conventional neurology intracerebral hemorrhage,and the combined treatment group of patients were treated with the Huatan Kaiqiao Xiezhuo method on the basis of the conventional treatment group.The scores of TCM symptoms and Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The TCM symptom scores[(12.98±2.77)points]on day 21 after treatment and[(9.89±1.76)points]on day 42 after treatment of the combined treatment group were lower than those of the conventional treatment group[(15.64±3.29)points and(12.09±2.87)points],with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).FMA[(63.49±4.27)points]on day 21 after treatment and FMA[(90.84±4.69)points]on day 42 after treatment in the combined treatment group were higher than those in the conventional treatment group[(49.49±3.98)points and(63.34±4.59)points],(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of adding Huatan Kaiqiao Xiezhuo method on cerebral hemorrhage on the basis of conventional treatment is significant.It can effectively improve neural function and promote the recovery of limb function and has high safety.
