摘要
区域文化发展内涵丰富,公共图书馆是文化发展的重要内容和载体。通过公共图书馆发展水平的评估研究,以点带面,研究文化发展中的特点,有助于总结经验,取长补短。文章结合公共图书馆的功能定位及公共文化事业发展规律,构建公共图书馆发展水平评估指标体系,对安徽省公共图书馆目前的发展水平进行评估。研究运用主成分分析方法对获得的指标原始数据进行处理,提取了“文化发展(公共图书馆)基本建设”“文化发展(公共图书馆)服务公众能力”“文化发展(公共图书馆)服务公众意愿”三个因子。发现:安徽省文化发展水平低于中东部平均值,应加大经费投入,提高服务公众能力,拓展公共服务功能,增强公众传播意愿,丰富公众传播形式。
The connotation of regional cultural development is rich.Public library is an important content and carrier of cultural development.Through the evaluation of the development level of the public library,we can study the characteristics of the cultural development from the point to the area,which is helpful to summarize the experience and learn from each other.Based on the function orientation of public library and the development law of public cultural undertakings,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the development level of public library,and evaluates the current development level of public library in Anhui Province.In this paper,the principal component analysis method is used to process the original data,and three factors are extracted,which are“the basic construction of cultural development(Public Library)”,“the ability of cultural development(Public Library)to serve the public”and“the willingness of cultural development(Public Library)to serve the public”.It is found that the level of cultural development in Anhui Province is lower than the average in the Middle East China.Therefore,we should increase the investment,improve the ability of serving the public,expand the function of public service,enhance the willingness of public communication,and enrich the forms of public communication.
