摘要
为探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对肛周脓肿的诊断价值,选取于我院接受手术治疗的100例肛周脓肿患者进行研究,患者术前均行高频彩色多普勒超声进行诊断。以手术病理结果为准,分析超声诊断不同时期肛周脓肿的准确率。结果显示,超声诊断早期肛周脓肿29例,漏诊6例;形成期肛周脓肿49例,漏诊1例;后期肛周脓肿15例,无漏诊。超声诊断不同时期肛周脓肿总准确率为93.0%(93/100)。结果表明,高频彩色多普勒超声诊断肛周脓肿的准确率较高,对脓肿分期诊断具有诊断价值。
This study was to explore the value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound(HFCDU)for diagnosing perianal abscess(PA),enrolled 100 PA patients to be subject to surgery in authors’hospital as objects research:before surgery by using HFCDU to diagnose their condition,then according to operatively pathological findings as standard to analyse the accuracy ratio of HFCDU diagnostic results at difference stage of PA.As results,at early of PA HFCDU diagnosed out 29 cases,misdiagnosed 6 cases;at formation stage of PA,diagnosed out 49 cases,misdiagnosed 1 case;in the late PA,diagnosed out 15 cases,misdiagnosed 0 case.Thus,total accuracy rate was 93.0%(93/100).Results show that HFCDU for diagnosing PA has higher accuracy rate,whether at its different stages,which has diagnostic value for staging diagnosis of PA.
