摘要
南美蟛蜞菊原产于南美洲及中美洲地区,20世纪70~80年代作为绿化地被植物被引入我国,其环境适应性强,繁殖能力极强,对生态系统的结构、功能和安全有潜在的危害性。为探明其作为食用菌栽培原料的可行性,试验研究其水提取物对秀珍菇、鸡腿菇、毛木耳、黑木耳、金福菇菌丝生长影响的结果:南美蟛蜞菊水提取物对5种食用菌菌丝生长均有不同程度的抑制作用,浓度越高抑制作用越强,在高浓度100 g/L时,对黑木耳的抑制率达到35.04%,对金福菇、毛木耳、鸡腿菇、秀珍菇的抑制率分别为11.28%、6.79%、8.76%和5.46%。
The effect was investigated that Wedelia trilobata straw extracts on influence mycelia growth of several edible mushroom,such as Pleurotus pulmonarius,Copyinds Aomatus,Auricularia Polytricha.,Auricularia Auricula,and Tricholoma Lobayensc.The results showed that the effect of W.trilobata aqueous extracts on mycelia growth of five kinds of mushrooms was inhibitory,and inhibiting effect was becoming more and more strong with gradually increasing concentration of W.trilobata strawextracts.The inhibitory effect on mycelia growth of Auricularia auricula was the strongest and inhibitory ratio hit 35.04%at given concentration 100 g/L extract of W.trilobata.The inhibitory ratio was less than 12%of W.trilobata extracts on other four kinds of mushrooms at given concentration 100 g/L.The results laid a reference for using W.trilobata as mushroom cultivation substrate.
