摘要
构建新时期工程管理专业实践教学体系,是完善新工科教学中的关键环节之一。对工程管理专业实践教学体系研究现状进行分析,以西藏农牧学院工程管理专业为例,指出了目前专业实践教学中存在的问题,从“知识、能力、人格”三位一体的专业人才培养要求出发,对工程管理专业课程体系进行整体设计的基础上,构建了专业实践教学体系框架,并完善了框架下的专业实训、专业实验、专业设计子系统,有助于促进专业实践教学改革新进程,为培养三位一体专业人才夯实基础。
To construct the practice teaching system of engineering management major in the new era is one of the key links in the background of new engineering.This paper Analyzed the current research status of the practical teaching system of engineering management,taking the engineering management major of Tibet Agriculture and Animal Husbandry College as an example,pointed out the existing problems in the current professional practice teaching,starting from the training requirements of the trinity of"knowledge,ability,and personality".Based on the discussion of specialized course system of engineering management major,the practice teaching system structure and subsystems,including professional training,professional design and professional experiments,are established.This will eventually helpmajor practice teaching reform and tamp the foundation of training the trinity professionals.
