摘要
文章对墨引系列和广西引种系列共26份剑麻种质进行叶色、叶缘类型、株高、叶长、叶宽、叶厚、叶基厚、单叶重、抗寒性等植物学性状、农艺性状和抗寒性进行鉴定评价和方差分析。结果表明,不同种质间差异显著,存在丰富的遗传多样性;同一种质内差异不显著,具有较好的稳定性。通过主成分分析发现,叶基厚、单叶重和叶长是影响第一主成分的主要因子。通过相关性分析发现,株高、叶长、叶宽、叶厚、叶基厚和单叶重6种性状之间存在线性正相关关系,且多数性状之间相关性显著或极显著,仅株高和叶宽相关性不显著。通过抗寒性鉴定评价,鉴定出14份抗寒性较强的剑麻种质。上述结果为今后剑麻种质资源创新利用和品种选育工作提供了科学依据。
In this paper,26 sisal germplasms including Mexican series and Guangxi series were evaluated and variance analysis on botany traits,agronomic traits and anti-inverse traits were conducted which included leaf color,leaf margin types,plant height,leaf length,leaf width,leaf thickness,leaf base thickness,weight of single leaf,cold resistance.The results showed that which displayed rich genetic diversity existed among 26 germplasms,but no significant difference within the same germplasm.The main component analysis showed that leaf base thickness,weight of single leaf and leaf length were the main factors affecting the first principal component.Correlation analysis found that there was a linear positive correlation among the plant height,leaf length,leaf width,leaf thickness,leaf base thickness and weight of single leaf,and the correlations among most traits were significant or extremely significant except that of plant height and leaf width.Through the evaluation of cold resistance,14 sisal germplasms with strong cold resistance were found.The results would provide scientific reference for the innovation and utilization of sisal germplasms and sisal breeding research in the future.
