摘要
针对新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)制定的清肺排毒汤已作为通用方在全国范围推广使用,其运用经方方证辨证思想,以小柴胡汤、麻杏石甘汤、射干麻黄汤、五苓散合方加减化裁而成。新冠肺炎患者症状表现有发热、咳嗽、咽痛、胸憋气短、乏力肢重等为主要症状,在方证辨证思想指导下,往来寒热可用退热抗炎和解方小柴胡汤,喘而发热可用肺热咳喘良方麻杏石甘汤,咳而上气、咽痛可用寒痰阻肺咳嗽哮喘专方射干麻黄汤,发热、乏力肢重可用寒湿内盛水蓄霍乱良方五苓散,考虑到疫邪为寒湿温疫,加藿香芳香辟秽、化湿退热又顾护脾胃,再配伍枳实、陈皮行气宽胸、理气化痰,山药养阴益气、清补肺脾、顾护中焦。诸药合而成方,药性平和,解热清肺、宣畅气机、化气利水、辟秽排毒,故能安全、快速获效。
Qingfei Paidu Decoction(清肺排毒汤)developed for the novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19)has been promoted and used nationwide as a general prescription.It consists of five prescriptions with modification based on syndrome differentiation,i.e.Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤),Maxing Shigan Decoction(麻杏石甘汤),Shegan Mahuang Decoction(射干麻黄汤),and Wuling Powder(五苓散).Symptoms of patients with COVID-19 include fever,cough,sore throat,shortness of chest,shortness of breath,and fatigue.Under the guidance of the prescription based on syndrome differentiation,continuous fluctuating coldness and heat can be treated by Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤),formula for relieving fever and anti-inflammatory reconciliation;asthma and fever can be treated by Maxing Shigan Decoction(麻杏石甘汤),good formula for lung heat cough asthma;cough and qi rushing,sore throat can be treated by Shegan Mahuang Decoction(射干麻黄汤),special prescription for cough and asthma of cold-phlegm obstructing the lung.Fever and fatigued can be treated with Wuling Powder(五苓散).In consideration that the epidemic pathogen is a cold and damp,Huoxiang(Herba Pogostemonis)can be added to dispel the dirty,dissipate dampness and bring down fever and protect the spleen and stomach,then compatibility with Zhishi(Fructus Aurantii Immaturus)and Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae)to activate qi to widen the chest,regulate qi-flowing for eliminate phlegm,Shanyao(Rhizoma Dioscoreae)can be added to nourish yin and benefit qi,to clear and invigorate lung and spleen,and to care for the middle jiao.The medicines are combined into a prescription with even property.It can clear lung heat,diffuse qi movement,transform qi for diuresis,and eliminate dirt and expelling toxin,so effect can be safely and quickly obtained.
