摘要
本文探讨乳腺癌辅助内分泌治疗的不良反应,常见的有妇科症状、骨关节症状、骨质疏松、血脂异常、非酒精性脂肪性肝病、类更年期综合征及心血管疾病。并分析药物不良反应的发生情况及机制,并从饮食管理、运动干预、心理干预、健康宣教方面研究护理干预进展。
This paper explore the adverse reactions of adjuvant endocrine therapy for breast cancer,including gynecological symptoms,bone and joint symptoms,osteoporosis,dyslipidemia,nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,climacteric syndrome and cardiovascular disease.And analyzes the occurrence and mechanism of adverse drug reactions,and studies the progress of nursing intervention from the aspects of diet management,exercise intervention,psychological intervention and health education.
