摘要
目的研究超声乳化白内障吸除、人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并老年性白内障的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2017年3月至2019年5月收治的50例急性闭角型青光眼合并老年性白内障患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式将其分为对照组与研究组,各25例。对照组给予超声乳化白内障吸除+人工晶体植入治疗,研究组给予超声乳化白内障吸除+人工晶体植入+小梁切除术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果手术后,两组的视力、眼压、前房深度、前房角度均明显改善,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。手术后7 d、30 d、3个月,两组的MS明显改善,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化白内障吸除+人工晶体植入+小梁切除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并老年性白内障的效果显著,可快速提升视力,改善病情,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To study the clinical effect of phacoemulsification,intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma with senile cataract.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with acute angle closure glaucoma with senile cataract admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with phacoemulsification+intraocular lens implantation,and the study group was treated with phacoemulsification+intraocular lens implantation+trabeculectomy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After operation,the visual acuity,intraocular pressure,anterior chamber depth and anterior chamber angle of the two groups significantly improved,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 7 days,30 days and 3 months after operation,the MS of the two groups significantly improved,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification+intraocular lens implantation+trabeculectomy in the treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma with senile cataract has significant effect,it can quickly improve vision,improve the condition,reduce the occurrence of complications.
