盐酸利多卡因加温对下牙槽神经阻滞麻醉注射疼痛和起效时间的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨下牙槽神经阻滞麻醉中盐酸利多卡因加温对注射疼痛和起效时间的影响。方法将56例需要进行双侧下颌智齿拔除术的患者纳入研究,采用分口设计,在患者的左侧下颌(试验组)注射加温局麻药(37℃),右侧下颌(对照组)注射室温局麻药(22℃)。比较两组麻醉起效时间和注射时疼痛程度。结果两组麻醉起效时间无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组注射时VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸利多卡因加温可以减轻注射时的疼痛感,但对麻醉起效时间无影响。 Objective To investigate the effects of lidocaine hydrochloride warming on injection pain and onset time in inferior alveolar nerve block anesthesia.Methods Fifty-six patients who needed bilateral extraction of mandibular wisdom teeth were enrolled in this study,split-mouth design was adopted,the left mandible(experimental group)was injected with warm(37℃)local anesthetic and the right mandible(control group)was injected with room temperature(22℃)local anesthetic.The anesthesia onset time and pain degree at injection were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the anesthesia onset time between the two groups(P>0.05);the VAS score at injection of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lidocaine hydrochloride warming can reduce the pain at injection,but has no effect on the onset time of anesthesia.
