摘要
城市轨道交通站点分类可以为TOD模式下不同站点土地利用规划提供依据,有效引导城市区域TOD开发的良性发展。提出了一种基于站点兴趣点(POI)的城市轨道交通站点分类方法:区别于传统的步行接驳距离确定轨道站点空间影响范围,考虑共享单车对于轨道站点接驳范围的延伸,利用其出行大数据确定轨道站点空间影响范围;在此基础上,通过获取站点空间影响范围内的POI大数据,确定不同站点的各类POI比例、POI优势度和均匀度;进而,基于各站点的POI指标定量确定站点类型;最后,以天津轨道交通站点为例进行实例验证。结果表明,该方法具备良好的适用性。
The classification of urban rail transit stations can provide the basis for different station land use planning and effectively guide the benign development of TOD development in urban areas.A classification method of urban rail transit stations based on POI is proposed which is different from the traditional spatial influence scope according to the rail station pedestrian connection,considering the extension of the shared bike to the rail station,the spatial influence scope of the rail station is determined by using its travel big data.On this basis,by obtaining the big data of POI(point of interest)within the influence range of the site space,the POI dominance and evenness of different sites are determined.Furthermore,the site type is quantitatively determined based on the POI metrics of each site.Finally,take Tianjin rail transit station as an example to verify.The results show that the method has good applicability.
