摘要
构建现代农业产业体系是乡村振兴战略背景下突破陕西经济发展质量阻滞因素的主要抓手。基于对陕西三大区域现代农业产业体系发展的现状及问题的分析,提出以数字农业重构产业组织形态,提升农业产业体系质量;以特色种养牵引传统农业结构调整,融合现代农业三大体系;以龙头企业壮大农业产业规模、拓展产业链,聚合产业功能;以供给侧结构改革倒逼产业政策调整,助推农业产业体系发展等路径,以期为提高省域经济发展质量,助推陕西经济社会健康协调发展提供参考。
Constructing modern agricultural industry system is the key to break obstructive factors of economic development quality under the background of rural revitalization strategy in Shaanxi.The development paths are proposed from four aspects of reconstructing industrial organization form with digital agriculture for improving agricultural industry system quality,promoting traditional agricultural structure adjustment with special cultivation and breeding for integrating three systems of modern agriculture,enlarging agricultural industrial scale and expanding industrial chains with leading enterprise for aggregating industrial function,and forcing industrial policy adjustment with supply-side structural reform for boosting agricultural industrial system development based on analysis of development status and problem of modern agricultural industrial system in three areas of Shaanxi to provide a reference for improving provincial economic development quality and promoting healthy and harmony development of economy and society in Shaanxi.
