不同类型萝卜芽菜的生长及营养成分

Growth and Nutritional Component in Different Types of Radish Seedling

摘要 为萝卜芽菜资源的开发利用提供理论依据,采用方差分析法研究白、青及红3种类型萝卜芽菜的生长和营养成分差异。结果表明:培养3 d、6 d和9 d时均以青萝卜芽菜的生物量最高,分别为117.0 mg/株、120.8 mg/株、133.2 mg/株,显著高于白、红萝卜芽菜;红萝卜芽菜花青素含量在幼苗生长3 d、6 d和9 d时均最高,分别为0.0531 mg/g、0.0475 mg/g和0.0945 mg/g,显著高于白、青萝卜芽菜;3种萝卜芽菜的V C含量在幼苗生长3 d时均最高,分别为白萝卜0.73 mg/g、青萝卜0.51 mg/g及红萝卜0.56 mg/g,白萝卜芽菜V C含量显著高于青萝卜和红萝卜;随生长时间延长3种萝卜芽菜V C含量均呈下降趋势。综合考虑萝卜芽菜的产量和营养,幼苗生长6 d时为最适采芽时间。 The differences in growth and nutrient component of white,green and red radish seedlings are compared by using variance analysis to provide the theoretical basis for development and utilization of radish seedling resource.Result:The biomass of green radish seedlings after culturing 3 d,6 d,and 9 d is the highest,respectively 117.0 mg/plant,120.8 mg/plant and 133.2 mg/plant,which is higher than white and red radish seedlings significantly.Anthocyanidin content in red radish seedlings after culturing 3 d,6 d,and 9 d is the highest,respectively 0.0531 mg/g,0.0475 mg/g and 0.0945 mg/g,which is higher than white and green radish seedlings significantly.V C content in three types of radish seedlings after culturing 3 d all reaches the maximum,respectively 0.73 mg/g in white radish,0.51 mg/g in green radish and 0.56 mg/g in red radish.V C content in white radish seedlings is higher than green and red radish seedlings significantly.V C content in three types of radish seedlings shows a declining trend with prolong of growth time.The optimum harvesting time is the 6 d after seedling growth considering yield and nutrient of radish seedling comprehensively.
