摘要
档案管理与档案编研是影响和发挥档案使用效率的重要环节。声像档案作为档案编研工作的重要内容之一,声像档案管理工作水平的高低,直接影响到档案编研工作的质量,影响档案资源开发利用的效果。加强声像档案管理,强化声像档案信息资源形成的科学性、完整性和系统性,对提升档案编研工作质量具有积极的现实意义。本文从科研院所声像档案中常见的录像档案、照片档案等介质的载体管理入手,分析现状,提出解决的思路和建议。
Archives management,compilation and research are important links to influence and exert the efficiency of archives utilization.As one of the important contents of archives compilation and research,the level of audio-visual archives management directly affects the quality of archives compilation and research and influences the development and utilization of archives resources.It has positive practical significance for improving the quality of archives compilation and research to strengthen the management of audio-visual archives and improve the scientificity,integrality and systematicness of audio-visual archives information resources.Based on the management of carriers such as videos and photos common in audio-visual archives in scientific research institutes,the paper analyzes the current situation and puts forward ideas and suggestions for solving the current problems.
