摘要
信息技术的发展推动了档案概念的泛化,因此有必要对档案的定义进行定性分析。三类档案的边界并不是固定不变的,存在着交集和定向迁移的特征,本文对此进行举例论证。同时,本文提出对接业务系统和开发搜索引擎的方法,以最大化利用档案信息,并提出建立档案馆联盟,从组织机构上构建大数据仓库,实现大档案观。
The development of information technology has promoted the generalization of archives concepts.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a qualitative analysis of the definition of archives.The boundaries of the three types of archives are not fixed,and there are characteristics of intersection and directed migration.The paper demonstrates this with several examples.At the same time,this paper puts forward a method of docking system and developing search engines to maximize the use of information value in archives,and proposes to establish an archives alliance,build a big data warehouse in terms of organization and institution,and realize the large archives view.
