摘要
为实现全固废材料在胶凝砂砾石坝中的资源利用,选用电石渣、脱硫石膏和矿渣组成一种全固废胶凝砂砾石筑坝材料,对其28 d抗压强度进行试验研究。采用投影寻踪回归(PPR)对试验数据进行分析,建立28d抗压强度PPR计算模型,验证了模型的精度和稳定性,最后采用该模型进行仿真计算,探索各影响因素与抗压强度的关系。研究结果表明:该PPR计算模型具有较高精度和较好的稳定性;各影响因子对抗压强度贡献权重系数按大小排序为矿渣掺量、脱硫石膏掺量、电石渣掺量;仿真计算结果定量描述了各影响因素与全固废胶凝砂砾石筑坝材料抗压强度间的关系,可为全固废胶凝砂砾石筑坝材料的力学性能研究提供参考。
In order to realize the resource utilization of full solid waste materials in cemented sand-gravel dam,the calcium carbide slag,desulphurization gypsum and slag are selected to form a full solid waste cemented sand-gravel damming material,and its 28 d compressive strength is tested and studied.The projection pursuit regression(PPR)is used to analyze the test data,and a 28 d PPR calculation model for compressive strength is established to verify the accuracy and stability of the model.The model is finally used for simulation calculation to explore the relationship between the influencing factors and compressive strength.The results show that the PPR calculation model has higher accuracy and better stability,and the weight coefficients of each influence factor contributing to compressive strength are sorted in order of slag content,desulfurization gypsum content and calcium carbide slag content.The results of simulation quantitatively describe the relationship between the influencing factors and the compressive strength of full solid waste cemented sand-gravel damming materials,which can provide a reference for the study of mechanical properties of full solid waste cemented sand-gravel dam material.
