摘要
目的:了解某三甲医院医疗损害责任纠纷诉讼案件情况,以引起医院管理者重视,防范医疗纠纷。方法:提取114份判决中的患者年龄、疾病、纠纷科室、鉴定责任、赔偿金额等信息,利用Excel表对数据进行描述性统计分析。结果:对医疗损害责任纠纷案件的基本情况、患者年龄分布及主要疾病构成、纠纷科室分布、鉴定情况及法院判决进行统计。结论:应做好中老年患者及手术科室、急诊科的纠纷防范工作;提高医疗质量、保障知情同意权;重视医疗鉴定工作;构建医疗风险分担机制;加强医调委调解解决医疗纠纷,缓解诉讼压力。
Objective:To understand the litigation cases of medical damage liability disputes in a certain Grade-A Tertiary Hospi⁃tal,to arouse the attention of hospital managers and prevent medical disputes.Methods:The age,disease,dispute department,apprais⁃al responsibility,compensation amount and other information of 114 judgments were extracted,and the data were analyzed by using Ex⁃cel.Results:The basic situation,age distribution of patients,main disease composition,distribution of dispute departments,identifica⁃tion and court decisions of medical damage liability disputes were made statistics.Conclusion:We should do a good job in the preven⁃tion of disputes among elderly patients,surgical departments and emergency departments;improve the quality of medical treatment and guarantee the right of informed consent;attach importance to medical appraisal;build a medical risk mechanism;strengthen the media⁃tion of the medical commission to solve medical disputes and relieve the pressure of litigation.
