摘要
目的:在医联体背景下,探索构建以专科护理为核心的模块推进式护联体模式,帮扶基层护理服务。方法:对组成医联体集团的16家医疗机构成员单位,通过建立标准、信息平台、业务培训、质量评价与督导、专科护理会诊等举措,从“结构-过程-结果”三个维度进行全面、全程的护理管理,促进三级医院优质护理资源有效下沉。结果:提升了基层医院各专科护理的水平与质量,让患者得到了专业、安全、同质的护理服务。结论:医联体背景下以专科护理为核心的模块推进式护联体模式发挥了牵头单位的资源优势,引领了医联体集团单位共建互助的合作,推进了医疗资源结构优化与建设,满足了患者的需求。
Objective:To explore and build a module driven mode of nursing consortium with specialized nursing as the core,and to help grassroots nursing service in the context of medical consortium.Methods:The composition of couplet of the medical unit of mem⁃ber of group of 16 medical institutions,through the establishment of the standard,information platform,business training,quality evalu⁃ation and supervision,specialized nursing consultation measures such as,from“structure-process-result”three dimensions to conduct a comprehensive,full of nursing management,to promote high-quality tertiary hospital nursing resources effective sink.Results:The level and quality of specialized nursing in primary hospitals were improved,and the patients were provided with professional,safe and homogeneous nursing services.Conclusion:In the context of medical consortium,the modular promotion mode with specialized nurs⁃ing as the core gives play to the superior resources of the leading unit,leads the cooperation of medical consortium group units in coconstruction and mutual assistance,promotes the optimization and construction of medical resource structure,and meets the needs of patients.
