摘要
通过对SK70号、SK90号、ZH70号三种沥青进行发泡试验,测试沥青膨胀率和半衰期指标,评价沥青常规指标、发泡温度、用水量对沥青发泡效率的影响,提出基质沥青合理发泡条件。研究结果显示,沥青类型对发泡效率有显著影响,在相同发泡条件下,ZH70号基质沥青发泡效率高于其他两种沥青;灰色关联分析结果表明,沥青的60℃动力粘度与发泡效率相关性显著,动力粘度较小的沥青具有更好的发泡效果;沥青的膨胀率随发泡温度和用水量的增加变化规律较为明显,提高温度能够增大膨胀率,对半衰期无明显影响;建议试验温度取160℃~170℃,发泡加水量取2.0%~2.5%,推荐膨胀比大于15倍,半衰期大于8 s。
Perform foaming test on SK70 #,SK90 #,ZH70 # three kinds of asphalt to test the asphalt expansion rate and half-life index,the effects of conventional indexes of asphalt,foaming temperature and water consumption on the foaming efficiency of asphalt were evaluated,and reasonable foaming conditions of matrix asphalt were proposed.The results show that the type of asphalt has a significant effect on the foaming efficiency.Under the same foaming conditions,the foaming efficiency of ZH70 # matrix asphalt is higher than the other two types of asphalt.The grey correlation analysis results show that the 60 ℃ dynamic viscosity and foaming of asphalt the efficiency is significant,and the asphalt with a smaller dynamic viscosity has a better foaming effect,the expansion rate of the asphalt is more obvious with the increase of foaming temperature and water consumption.Increasing the temperature can increase the expansion rate without significantly affecting the half-life.It is recommended that the test temperature be 160 ℃ to 170 ℃,and the amount of foaming water to be taken to be 2.0% to 2.5%.The recommended expansion ratio is > 15 times and the half-life is > 8 s.
