摘要
本文介绍了分类号为B41J2/01的喷墨打印领域中CPC的分类特点及其与IPC的区别,并结合实际审查案例,具体阐述了CPC分类号检索相对于IPC分类号检索的优势。在分类号为B41J2/01的喷墨打印领域,IPC文限量较大,由于CPC分类较细,利用CPC分类号进行检索,可以有效地契合发明信息,从而减少关键词带来的检索噪声,显著提高专利审查质量和效率。
This paper introduced the classification characteristics of CPC and its difference from IPC in the field of inkjet printing with the classification number B41J2/01, and specifically elaborated the advantages of CPC classification number retrieval over IPC classification number retrieval by combining with the actual review case. In the field of inkjet printing with the classification number B41J2/01, the IPC text limit is larger, due to the relatively fine CPC classification, the use of CPC classification numbers for searching can effectively match the invention information,thereby reducing the search noise caused by keywords, and significantly improving the quality and efficiency of patent examination.
