摘要
研究了碱熔融和微波消解2种方法处理硼铁样品,以及电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定硼铁中硼的试验条件。采用硼铁标准样品绘制工作曲线,消除基体元素对被测元素的干扰。试验结果表明,该方法准确、简便,精密度和回收率高,标准样品分析对照取得了满意的结果,可以满足实验室生产检验的需要。
In this paper,two methods of alkali melting and microwave digestion were studied,and the experimental conditions of determining the boron content in boron iron by ICP-AES(inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometer)were studied.The work curve was drawn with standard samples of boron iron to eliminate the interference of matrix elements on the measured elements.Results prove that this method has the advantages of easy operation,high precision and recovery,and then a satisfactory results are obtained by analyzing and checking with the standard sample.This method can meet the needs in daily production testing.
