摘要
目的:观察耳穴压豆法对经皮肾脏穿刺活检术后患者排尿功能的影响。方法:选择2016年1月至2018年12月于本院行经皮肾脏穿刺活检术的95例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为治疗组48例和对照组47例。对照组于活检前接受健康宣教及平卧排尿训练,活检后如无法自行排尿,可接受辅助方法来增强排尿反射;治疗组在对照组的基础上于活检前1 d给予耳穴压豆法治疗。比较两组患者的残余尿量、排尿方式及排尿时间。结果:治疗组自行排尿率高于对照组,诱导排尿率、导尿率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组排尿时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组膀胱残余尿量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆法可有效防治经皮肾脏穿刺活检术后尿潴留的发生,缩短排尿时间,减少膀胱残余尿量,降低导尿率。
Objective:To observe the influence of auricular point bean-pressing therapy on urinary function of patients after percutaneous renal biopsy.Methods:A total of 95 patients who underwent renal biopsy in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the treatment group with 48 cases and the control group with 47 cases.The control group received health education and recumbent micturition training before the biopsy operation.If the patient could not urinate by himself after the biopsy operation,he could receive auxiliary methods to enhance the micturition reflex.The treatment group was given ear point bean-pressing therapy on the basis of the control group on the day before the biopsy operation.The residual urine volume,the way of micturition and the time of micturition were compared between the two groups.Results:The self micturition rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the induced micturition rate and catheterization rate were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of micturition in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of residual urine in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point bean-pressing therapy can effectively prevent the occurrence of urinary retention after percutaneous renal biopsy,shorten the time of urination,and reduce the residual urine volume and the rate of catheterization.
