摘要
通过分析圆筒混合机的物料混匀过程,得出了各工艺参数之间的关系,并由此推导出了在给定处理量、混合时间(物料滚动距离)等初始条件的情况下,圆筒混合机的选型办法,为圆筒混合机的选型设计提供了依据。
Through the analysis of the material mixing process of the cylinder mixer,the conditions between the various process parameters are obtained;Therefore,the selection method of the cylinder mixer under the initial conditions such as the given processing amount and mixing time(material rolling distance)are deduced,which provides the basis for the selection design.
