摘要 食物过敏已经成为全球性公共卫生问题。皮肤屏障结构主要由表皮角质层与颗粒层紧密连接结构共同构成,其主要功能是防止水分丢失和外界各种病原体及过敏原的入侵。近年来过敏原双重暴露假说的提出,皮肤屏障与食物过敏关系的研究不断深入,为预防及治疗食物过敏提供了新的方向。本文综述目前研究中皮肤屏障与食物过敏之间的关系。 Food allergy is one of the global public health issues nowadays.Skin barrier is constituted of stratum corneum and tight junctions,which are presented in stratum granulosum.The function of skin barrier is considered to maintain water and prevent invasions of pathogens and allergens.In recent years,with the emergence of dual-allergen exposure,the skin barrier has been an important therapeutic target for prevention and treatment of food allergy.The recent advance of research on relationship between skin barrier and food allergy was reviewed in this article.
