摘要
为了满足垂直度检测尺校准实际工作需要,降低由于被检件过高过长而产生的操作难度,设计一垂直度检测尺校准装置。采用装夹悬挂的方式对被检的垂直度检测尺进行固定,通过测微头提供铅垂面的零位复现和标准值复现。最后对垂直度检测尺校准装置示值误差的测得值不确定度进行了评估,验证了该装置的可行性。
In order to meet the actual work needs of the verticality measuring ruler calibration and reduce the difficulty of operation due to the over length of the ruler,a calibration device of the verticality measuring ruler is designed. This device uses the way of clamping and hanging to fix the ruler. Through the micrometer head,it can provide the reproduction of zero position and standard value of vertical surface. Finally,the uncertainty of the measurement results of the indication error of the calibration device is evaluated,and the feasibility of the device is verified.
